CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Agency Development Officer to build a strong team of life insurance agents and drive sales in the assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused on recruitment, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and recruit life insurance agents from local markets
– Train agents on product knowledge and sales techniques
– Motivate agents to achieve sales targets
– Support agents during customer meetings
– Conduct regular field visits for agent development
– Ensure policy documentation and compliance
Requirements:
– Graduate (any stream)
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (life insurance preferred)
– Good communication and selling skills
– Local candidate preferred with strong area knowledge
