Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage and grow the Agency Channel for a leading life insurance company. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors, driving life insurance sales, and ensuring consistent business growth while maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and manage insurance advisors under the agency channel
Drive life insurance business through advisors to achieve monthly and annual targets
Train advisors on products, sales techniques, and compliance guidelines
Motivate and support advisors to improve productivity and performance
Ensure quality business, proper documentation, and adherence to company policies
Build long-term relationships with agents and support them in closing cases
Track sales performance and submit regular MIS and reports
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to recruit and manage a team of advisors
Target-driven mindset with good market knowledge
Willingness to work in the field and handle local market operations
