About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as an Agency Development Officer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing in new insurance agents, helping them get started, and guiding them to achieve sales targets.

Main Duties:

• Recruit and appoint new insurance agents
• Train and support agents to improve performance
• Track their progress and ensure targets are met
• Keep your team motivated and result-focused
• Maintain strong working relationships with your team

  Who Can Apply:

• Graduation in any stream
• Experience in sales or team handling preferred
• Good communication and people skills
• Comfortable with field visits and regular follow-ups
