Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and maintain strong agency relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Recruit and onboard new sales agents.
  • Execute strategic growth and recruitment plans.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activities.

Candidate requirements:-

  • 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
  • Any graduate / post graduate
  • Any local candidate
  • Age :- 21 – 38 years
