Job Description
Our company is seeking an Agency Development Representative who is responsible for growth of agency strategy, build relationships with, and nurture a network of partner agencies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence . Our company is inviting you to join our team!
Responsibilities:-
- Identify and research potential partner agencies to build relationships and expand our network
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to drive growth with existing and new agencies
- Negotiate and close deals with partner agencies to secure revenue growth and expand market presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet agency needs
Candidate requirements:-
- 2+ years of experience in field sales and marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Any graduate / post graduate
- Any local candidate
- Age:- 21 – 38 years
