About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Agency Growth Manager to drive business development through agency partners. This role involves building a strong agent network, improving performance, and contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new agents or advisors
• Provide training, support, and motivation to agency partners
• Drive agency sales and meet growth targets
• Track performance and take steps for improvement
• Build long-term professional relationships with agents
• Ensure all sales activities align with company guidelines

  Who Can Apply

• Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, agency management, or similar roles
• Ability to work in a field-based, target-driven environment
• Experience in insurance or BFSI sector is a plus
