We are seeking a strategic Agency Manager to lead our agency channel. You will manage agency relationships, drive sales performance, and promote the growth of our life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor agency partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide support.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales target
