Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage a team of advisors while recruiting new agents.
Drive and develop a robust variable agency model in the assigned region.
Achieve renewal targets for the channel.
Candidates with a background in life insurance are preferred.
Proven experience in building and scaling a successful sales team.
Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
Local candidates are essential.
