Agency Manager

Job Description

The Agency Manager will lead a team of agents to meet sales goals while ensuring great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and manage agents to improve their performance.
• Set sales targets, track progress, and create strategies to meet goals.
• Address customer concerns and ensure excellent service.
• Manage marketing efforts to increase agency visibility.
• Make sure the team follows company policies and rules.
• Monitor agent performance and provide guidance.
• Report team performance to senior management regularly.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience in leading and managing a team.
• Good communication and people skills.
