Job Description
Industry: Banking, Finance, and Insurance
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Field Sales
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
Other Requirements:
Strong local network
Own vehicle is a must
Experience in Banking, Finance, or Insurance sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop agents on a commission basis.
- Achieve Life Insurance sales targets through effective team management.
- Monitor and supervise agent activities to ensure performance goals are met.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and update the Sales Management System.
- Motivate and guide agents for career progression within the organization.
- Encourage agents to utilize the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling.
Who Can Apply:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales.
Strong networking skills and local market knowledge.
Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
Prior experience in Banking, Finance, or Insurance is preferred.
