Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated Agency Manager to build and lead a team of insurance advisors. This role involves recruiting agents, helping them succeed, and achieving business targets through team development and field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors
Train and support advisors to improve performance
Drive advisor activation and sales productivity
Conduct joint field visits and sales calls with advisors
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong relationships with clients and advisors
Ensure compliance with company processes and regulations
Provide regular sales reports to the branch manager

Qualifications:

Graduate (any stream)
1–3 years of experience in sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and people skills
Willing to work in the field and travel locally
