Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Agency Manager to recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents. The role focuses on driving business growth through agency channel sales, achieving targets, and ensuring agent productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
• Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve sales targets
• Drive business through the agency channel
• Monitor agent performance and ensure productivity
• Conduct joint fieldwork and sales support
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines
• Build strong relationships with agents and customers

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–6 years of experience in insurance agency sales
• Team handling and leadership skills
• Strong communication and sales orientation
