Position: Agency Development Officer
CTC: ₹3,15,000 per annum + Incentives
Location: Barpeta, Assam

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team
• Hire, train, and develop sales executives
• Drive business growth by achieving sales targets
• Create and execute effective sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Preference for local candidates
