Job Role: Agency Manager
Experience: 1+ Years in Sales
CTC: 2.15 to 3.00 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Barmer
Job Responsibilities:
- Find new customers in your area
- Meet customers and explain the companys products
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets
- Generate new leads and convert prospects
- Update customer details and sales records regularly
- Work with internal teams for smooth service and order process
- Share your work updates with your manager
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream
- 1 to 4 years of field sales experience
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ready to do fieldwork
- Local market knowledge is a plus
