Job Role: Agency Manager
Experience: 1+ Years in Sales
CTC: 2.15 to 3.15CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Bikaner
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
- Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve sales targets
- Drive business through the agency channel
- Monitor agent performance and ensure productivity
- Conduct joint fieldwork and sales support
- Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines
- Build strong relationships with agents and customers
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream
- 1 to 4 years of field sales experience
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Ready to do fieldwork
- Local market knowledge is a plus
