Position Overview:
Seeking an Agency Manager to guide our insurance agents in meeting sales objectives and delivering exceptional service, requiring a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership, and deep industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.
- Set sales targets and objectives for individual agents and the agency as a whole.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized service and addressing their insurance needs and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
- Stay up to date on the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with insurance sales and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales and management-related fields (preferred).
- Age: Minimum 21 Years Maximum 38 Years.
- Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.
