Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Agency Manager to join our agency sales team. This role involves leading and managing a team of agents, driving sales targets, and fostering growth in the local market. The ideal candidate should be an experienced sales professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for growth within the BFSI sector, preferably with a background in insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales goals.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets aligned with the companys objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and agents to ensure business growth and high customer satisfaction.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach while managing existing client relationships.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates on team performance, sales progress, and market conditions to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities are in line with company policies and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate (Full-time course only).
Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in the BFSI sector, with a preference for candidates with insurance industry experience.
Age: 32 years or younger.
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (not applicable in Mumbai).
Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs.
Sales Drive: Strong passion for sales with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving set targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing market conditions and business demands.

Availability to join within 30 days.
