Job Summary:
We are hiring an Agency Manager to build, train, and lead a team of insurance agents in the BFSI sector. The role focuses on driving insurance sales through the agency channel and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop a team of insurance agents
• Train agents on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Conduct field visits and support agents in closing sales
• Monitor team performance and maintain business quality

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2+ years of experience in agency sales or BFSI sector
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Local candidates preferred
• Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility
