Job Title: Agency Manager – Insurance
Location: Jaipur
Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Role Summary:
The Agency Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the insurance agency network, recruiting and developing agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance and high persistency within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents to build a productive team
• Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Conduct agent meetings, training sessions, and field visits
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support agency activities
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in agency management or sales leadership in insurance
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Results-oriented with excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Ability to motivate and manage a large team of agents
