Job Summary:
We are hiring an ambitious Agency Manager to recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors to drive insurance sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard insurance advisors
  • Train and motivate the team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
