Job Title: Agency Manager – Insurance
Location: Kota

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Agency Manager to recruit, develop, and lead a team of insurance advisors to drive sales and business growth through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors
  • Provide training, motivation, and field support to advisors
  • Drive insurance policy sales through the agency network
  • Conduct joint field calls and monitor advisor performance
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales and activity targets

Requirements:

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • 2+ years of sales/agency development experience (insurance preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and field-active
  • Two-wheeler preferred for travel
