Job Title: Agency Manager—Insurance
Location: Kota
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 2+ Years in Insurance Sales/Agency Channel

Job Role:
We are looking for an energetic agency manager to recruit and manage insurance agents, drive sales, and build a strong team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and activate agents
  • Drive sales through the agency team
  • Achieve business targets and productivity goals
  • Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls
  • Ensure agent retention and development
  • Maintain compliance with insurance guidelines

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance or sales
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Local market knowledge is an advantage
