• In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and training advisors, driving sales, and ensuring long-term client engagement.
• You will lead promotional activities, monitor business performance, and coach your team on sales strategies and product knowledge.
• The position involves field sales leadership, with a focus on team development and revenue growth.

Your Background
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in any industry is essential
• Prior experience in insurance or BFSI is highly desirable
• You must be under 40 years of age
• A graduate degree is required
• Strong local network and good communication skills are important
