Job Description

Experience: 2–4 years in Sales/Marketing
Location: Local candidates only
CTC: ₹3.5–4.00 LPA + Incentives + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and lead insurance advisors.

• Guide them in achieving individual and team targets.

• Generate new business and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Handle fieldwork and client relationship management.

Eligibility:

• Graduate with minimum 2 years of sales experience.

• Excellent communication and people management skills.

• Comfortable with 4–5 hours of daily fieldwork.
