– You have to recruit and build up a team of life advisors.

– You train them and then you have to generate business through them.

– Training & Motivating entire Agency Divisional Team to achieve business & recruitment targets

– Monitor, review agent’s performance. Help them achieve

– Responsible for the productivity of the sales manager, handhold the sales manager in the early stages

– Ensure delivery of all mandatory training.

Desired Candidate Profile:

– Qualification: Graduate

– Experience: 2+ Years in any field of sales & Marketing

– Two-Wheeler Required
