Job Title: Agency Manager – Sales (Life Insurance)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and goal-driven Agency Manager – Sales to build and lead a team of insurance advisors/agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, training, and development of the agency team to drive life insurance business through field sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of life insurance agents/advisors.
- Drive sales through the agency channel and meet monthly targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and field visits.
- Monitor sales activity and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify high-potential markets and develop local-level marketing strategies.
- Handle escalations and provide end-to-end support to clients and advisors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or BFSI sector.
- Proven ability to recruit and manage a sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.
- Local market knowledge is a plus.
