Job Title: Agency Manager – Sales (Life Insurance)
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-orientated agency manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of life insurance advisors. The role focuses on driving sales through the agency channel, achieving targets, and developing a high-performance advisor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified life insurance advisors from the local market
- Provide product and sales training to newly joined advisors
- Drive sales through the agency team and meet monthly targets
- Motivate and monitor advisor performance through regular reviews
- Conduct joint fieldwork, client meetings, and lead support activities
- Maintain high levels of advisor engagement and retention
- Submit sales performance and activity reports to branch leadership
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation (in any stream) is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably insurance or BFSI)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Local area knowledge is preferred
