Job Description
An Agency Market Development Manager is responsible for expanding and strengthening the agency distribution network in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents and advisors.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency network.
- Support agents in achieving sales targets through coaching and mentoring.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and potential partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in agency development, sales
- Strong leadership, relationship
- Travel extensively to meet agents
- Proven ability to drive sales
