Location: Andhra Pradesh – Kadapa, Vishakapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Chittoor, Mandanapalle, Nellore, Eluru.

About the Role: 
The Agency Network Development Manager will oversee the expansion and growth of the agency network, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, and consistent sales performance within the network.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the agency network.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new agency partners.
• Ensure agencies meet performance targets and adhere to business standards.
• Collaborate with regional and sales teams to drive network growth.
• Track agency performance and provide ongoing support and coaching.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for network expansion.
  Requirements: 
• 1-2+ years of experience in agency development or network expansion in BFSI.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in managing and developing agency networks.
• Minimum undergraduate degree.

  Compensation: ₹3.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + incentives.
