Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment of agents and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
- Build strong connections with local agents, offering them guidance and support to foster growth.
- Lead training sessions aimed at improving agents’ sales capabilities.
- Regularly monitor agent performance, offering constructive feedback and refining business strategies.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or agency management.
- Must have a bike and valid driving license for regular fieldwork.
- Preference for local candidates familiar with the regional market.
- Open to graduates with a keen interest in sales and recruitment.
