As a Agency Onboarding Coordinator   , you’ll be responsible for creating a productive agency network by guiding advisors to perform and reach their business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruit quality insurance advisors through direct and reference channels.
• Guide agents to generate new business and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct team meetings, training, and development workshops.
• Maintaining sales and financial data of your territory allocated.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (any sector)
• Good communication, mentoring, and reporting skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Local candidates preferred
