Job Description:
The Agency Partner Coordinator is responsible for driving the growth and success of the business within a designated region. This role involves recruiting, training, and leading a team of financial advisors to meet sales targets while identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment, training, and motivation of financial advisors to help them reach sales targets.
  • Offer consistent coaching and support to ensure the team’s continuous development and success.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales goals and identify potential growth areas.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, analyze competition, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Guide agents in targeting key customer segments to maximize sales potential and ensure successful client engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A graduate degree is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, from any sector.
  • Must be a resident or native to the area for 3+ years.
  • Strong leadership abilities to direct and inspire a team toward reaching company objectives.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both agents and clients.
