Job Summary:
We are hiring an Agency Partner to manage life insurance agent networks. The role involves building a high-performing agency team and driving insurance sales through field engagement. This is a full-time, on-roll role for experienced sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and recruit qualified agents from the local market
– Mentor agents to build sustainable sales pipelines
– Guide agents during customer interactions and policy closure
– Conduct performance reviews and improvement plans
– Support agents with product knowledge and compliance
– Drive consistent monthly sales with a focus on quality
Candidate Requirements:
– Graduation required in any stream
– Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
– Local candidates with good market knowledge preferred
– Strong leadership and people-management skills
