Job Summary:
We are hiring an Agency Partner to lead business growth by developing a strong agent network in your assigned territory. This is a performance-driven role requiring experience in field sales and knowledge of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential candidates and onboard them as life insurance agents
- Train agents on insurance products, compliance, and sales techniques
- Guide agents in generating leads and closing sales
- Monitor daily sales activity and ensure target achievement
- Conduct field visits to support agents in client interactions
- Maintain regular communication and motivation within the agent team
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field or agency sales
- Local market knowledge is essential
- Good leadership and communication skills
