Job Description

We’re looking for an Agency Recruitment and Development Manager to drive recruitment, onboarding, and training of agency partners. This role is key to enhancing agent performance and supporting overall agency channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and hire top agents.
• Implement effective onboarding programs for new agents.
• Design and deliver training to boost agent skills and performance.
• Monitor agent performance and provide coaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and industry standards.
• Must be local.
