Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Recruitment and Development Manager to lead the growth of our agency channel in the life insurance sector. You will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a high-performing agency force.

Responsibilities

Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier agents.
Agency Development: Create and execute development plans to enhance the capabilities and productivity of existing agents.
Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor agent performance, and provide coaching and feedback to drive results.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip agents with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Agent Retention: Implement strategies to improve agent retention rates and foster a positive agency culture.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of agency development managers to achieve recruitment and development targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify recruitment opportunities and talent pools.

Requirements
Proven experience in agency recruitment and development within the life insurance industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations.
