Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard quality agents and advisors.
Train new and existing agents on products and sales techniques.
Drive sales targets and develop sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
Monitor and analyze agent performance and provide feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2 to 5 years of experience in core sales and marketing in any domain.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to recruit, train, and develop a sales team.
