Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Identify, interview, and recruit potential insurance agents.
Training: Design and deliver training programs, provide ongoing coaching.
Sales Management: Set and monitor sales targets, develop strategies.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the life insurance industry is a plus.
