Job Description
The Agency Recruitment and Development Manager recruits, trains, and develops insurance agents to expand and enhance the agency network for life insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new agents.
- Design and deliver training programs.
- Set and manage agent performance goals.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop strategies for growth and performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in life insurance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Candidate must be a local resident.
- Requires 1-2 years of experience in a sales position.
