Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and select potential agents.
Training: Provide training and development for new and existing agents.
Performance Management: Set targets, conduct reviews, and provide feedback.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with agents.
Sales and Marketing: Support agents in achieving sales targets and develop sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
