Job Description

The Agency Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM) will recruit new insurance advisors and develop their skills to drive business growth and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
• Design and deliver training programs for advisor development.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
• Implement strategies to increase agency productivity and market share.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in field sales.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong skills in leadership, mentoring, and managing client relationships.
• Must be a local resident.
