Job Description
The Agency Recruitment and Development Manager (ARDM) will recruit new insurance advisors and develop their skills to drive business growth and meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
- Design and deliver training programs for advisor development.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
- Implement strategies to increase agency productivity and market share.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in field sales.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong skills in leadership, mentoring, and managing client relationships.
- Must be a local resident.
