Role Overview:
The Agency Recruitment and Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a network of insurance agents. The role involves driving recruitment efforts, providing training, and ensuring agent productivity to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard new insurance agents.
- Training & Development: Conduct training programs to enhance agent skills and performance.
- Performance Management: Monitor and improve agent productivity through regular reviews and feedback.
- Business Development: Support agents in growing their client base and achieving sales goals.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with agents.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure activities align with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in Core sales and marketing experience required.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
