Job Description

Support agency partners in effectively selling life insurance through lead generation, prospect evaluation, and sales assistance.

Responsibilities:

· Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

· Assess and schedule appointments for agency partners based on lead qualifications.

· Build strong relationships with clients and agency stakeholders.

· Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals.

· Keep informed about industry trends and regulatory updates.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Proficient in insurance products and regulatory knowledge.

· Must reside locally.
