Job Summary: 

We’re seeking an Agency Recruitment and Development Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment and growth of our agency network. You’ll manage recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and ongoing development.

Responsibilities: 
⦁ Plan and execute agency recruitment strategies
⦁ Manage onboarding and induction programs
⦁ Design and deliver development workshops
⦁ Monitor recruitment metrics and quality of hires
⦁ Provide ongoing coaching and support
⦁ Ensure adherence to recruitment standards and regulations

Requirements: 
⦁ Strong background in recruitment and agent development in insurance
⦁ Age Criteria: 21-40
⦁ Must be a Local Candidate
⦁ Bachelor Degree is Mandatory
