Functions and Responsibility:
– Forging a close bond with the Bank channel partners’ sales force.
– Achieving your sales goals in accordance with your channel plan.
– Seating potential clients in person with the channel sales team in order to offer insurance solutions.
– Since this is a sales position, meeting customers may need some local travel to the channel partner’s location.
– Offering pre- and post-purchase assistance.
– Ensuring tenacity and business quality.
– Lending the channel sales staff access to the newest online platforms.
Candidate Requirement :
Title: Branch Banking -Sales Development Manager
Channel : Bancassurance
Experience : Mini. 1 + Year experience required Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance
CTC : 3.8LPA + Incentive +Bonus
Qualification : Mini. Graduation is Compulsory.
