Job Description
Position and duties :
– Help the client with getting out his insurance application at all stages.
– Make specific recommendations for reducing the cost and guide the client through the full method.
– Keep a lid on agent performance to ensure targets are met.
– Establish and implement sales strategies.
– Form and maintain ties with agents.
– Set up assessments of performance for the company.
– Building a solid rapport with the clients.
– Ensuring that clients experience outstanding service and pleasure.
– Create and submit monthly sales reports to top leadership.
– Keeping up with new developments and industry improvements.
Qualifications Candidate :
– At least two years of experience in any field of sales and marketing.
– Qualification – Graduation required
– CTC : Up to 3.8 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefits
– Age : 21 to 38 years
