Key Responsibilities :
– Partner with sales leadership to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to specific sales roles.
– Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and industry events, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
– Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for our sales culture.
– Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
– Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Candidate Requirements :
– A minimum of one year of experience in field marketing and sales.
– Any graduate or postgraduate student.
– Any potential candidate nearby
– Age bracket : 21-38.
– Up to 4.00LPA in CTC.
