Roles and Responsibilities:
-Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
-Track and analyze team performance against targets.
-Conduct regular training sessions for the team.
-Establish and maintain relationships with agency partners.
-Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics.
-Identify and implement process improvements.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
-Fast-track promotion opportunities based on performance.
Requirement :
– Experience : One or more years in sales and marketing
– Education : Any graduate.
– The age range is 21 to 38.
– Maximum CTC : 4.00 LPA.
