We are Hiring. Join our team as an Area Sales Officer, where you will play a crucial role in driving insurance sales through our agency channel.
Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain a network of insurance agents.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through field sales activities.
• Offer excellent support and training to agents.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends and competition.

Qualifications: 

You need a Bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year of field sales experience is required.
You should be great at communicating and interacting with others.
You must be good at negotiating and solving problems.
You’ll need to have a bike and a valid driver’s license.
