Job Title: Agency Relationship Manager

Compensation:
Salary: Up to 3.75 LPA

Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets using leads provided by the company.
Conduct visits to potential clients within designated areas to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
Maintain daily communication with clients to build and sustain strong relationships.
Ensure the quality of business transactions and aim for high client retention rates.

Candidate Profile:
A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
At least 1 year in sales or marketing, specifically in the BFSI sector and Life Insurance.
Must have lived locally for at least 3 to 5 years.
